Subconscious Diet, Anyone?

       Yes, Diet!
The same way you detox your body from toxins, you should detox your subconscious as well! You may wonder, why should I do such thing? Well it helps you to focus and be open for new vibrations and energy. It get rid of thoughts and patterns that don't serve any high purpose. As humans, we all grew up with learning pattern from our parents or friends, patterns that not necessary serve a high purpose for your higher self.

       Your job is to recognize those thoughts and patterns and place the decree on them. Our subconscious is so full of what we see in TV, movies, or reading material, no wonder why some people can't recognize from what is real from what is not real. A pill wont get rid of thoughts and negative patterns, only you can.

This diet consist on affirmations and decrees, either use them on meditation or in your constant mind chatter.

The following subconscious diet has to be done for 7 days:

Here there are as follow:
1. I cleanse my subconscious now
2. All thoughts and patterns that do not serve any high purpose are hereby discard and remove.

Use these two affirmations/decrees as much as you can during your day and during meditations for 7 days. You will feel more lighter and see things more clear in your life. Every time you have a thought that doesn't serve high purpose, recite to yourself those affirmation/decree and visualize the thought slipping away and forgotten.

NOTE: Very important, during these 7 days of subconscious diet, stay away from watching TV, readings anything, stay away from the computer if possible or listen to radio. If you can use instrumental soothing music that would be nice, but only instrumental. After the 7 days are over, you can still use the affirmation/decree to take away any residual thoughts or patterns.

Try it and let me know how you feel after worth, believe me...its great to feel lighter on subconscious and soul :) Happy Diet week!

Affirmation to Enhance Mediumship

I made this affirmation on my own to help me to open up more to my abilities and it seems to work fine lately LOL. Hope it help you as well.

About Affirmations


Affirmations and their purpose varied and their become powerful according with practice. In essence, they are to help you focus and to reassure you, to program all levels of your mind and body toward what you are trying to accomplish.

There two types of daily meditations:

1. Daytime affirmations: are geared to program your beliefs to accept and allow you to have whatever you are seeking.
2. Nightime affirmations: are commonly used to program your dreams or to prompt you to remember dreams/meditation experiences.

If you write your own affirmations, there are some factors to keep in mind in order to program your subconcious effectively. Always keep them in the first person:
"I am..", "I believe...", "I have the ability....", and so on.

Make them positive : " I remain calm and relax...." instead of "I am not afraid".
The subconscious has trouble comprehending negative words and pharases like don't, won't, can't, non- and not, as in "I am not afraid". So if you use words like "I am not afraid" your subconcious will only pick up the word "afraid" and this at the end can program you to become more afraid.

Its very important to write affirmations in active present tense instead of relating to future by using "I will" since relating to future the affirmation will be less effective.
Like example:

Active present: "I am conciously receive the light of the omnipresent Father constantly passing through me"
Future: "I will conciously receive the light of the omnipresent Father constantly passing through me" (by Paramahansa Yogananda)

Some books suggest that you repeat an affirmation about 7 to 30 times each day. Others suggest for you to write them in a journal several times, and others suggest recording them in audio form like WAV and MP3 files and set it to repeat and just listen. Its highly suggest that whenever you think about it, recite the affirmation to yourself like a mantra until this one is really saturate your brain with it. The more you use affirmations, the more you will understand and value their power to program your goals.
